SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Joe Pilates first clients were boxers, skiers and athletes. It’s nature of corrective exercise that improves strength, flexibility, muscular control, coordination, alignment and balance makes a great foundation and cross training for all sports.

Your own specific sporting goals and athletic performance is important and we’ll work especially for you each session. You will find deeper strength and flexibility to support bigger range of movement. With regular practise all other training is elevated, your performance is enhanced and the likelihood of injury or burnout reduced.

Be prepared to be challenged to up your game. Giving up on your body is not an option.

As an athlete you are no stranger to focus, determination and precision. You’ll tap into those traits while you find more strength, stretch and control.
