MAT CLASSES

WHAT TO EXPECT

Mat classes here are fun, varied and hard work! You will be challenged in a variety of ways that will leave you feeling invigorated and connected.

Expect to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and control along with hip and shoulder mobility.

If you are new, begin with the basics to build a solid foundation. If you’re unsure where to start, drop us a message!

Limited places (max 6) means you are serious about change.

Come ready to workout, focus and flow.

HOW TO BOOK

Simply choose the class you would like to book at a suitable level.

If you’re new to Pilates we’d recommend that you first book an Intro Session to become familiar with the studio.

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE A SESSION?

You can cancel and re-book any class 24 hours before it starts. After this time the your class is non-refundable. 5 Class Passes have an expiry of 8 weeks.
